Today while I was tidying my room, an old friend texted me. He was a classmate when I studied in elementary school. I haven't seen or heard from him since 3 years ago when he immigrated. We had a weirdly deep conversation, and some of the topics we came across got me thinking. He's a very controlling person. He likes to have everything planned and nothing uncertain. He always talks about how he's scared that some things may ruin his future. For example, he's suffering from mental issues and he's paranoid that it may stop him from achieving his life goals. Also, he admitted he has a crush on my best friend, but he said it'd be impossible to have a future with her since she won't be going to canada. I told him not to think about long term issues so much. In my opinion, you'll know what to do when the time comes. The reason I wanted to write about this is because I can relate to him somehow.
